BasiaUnfortunately, the Pora na pora (Time for Leeks) event is over. Thank you all so much for taking part, and I'm sorry you had to wait so long for the roundup. Unfortunately, illness significantly limited my time at the computer.
Time for Leeks – Roundup
I'll be honest, I started this event with some trepidation, because it was my first event, and on top of that I had only just begun my adventure with blogging. Thanks to your kind words about the event and the many recipes, I'm sure it was worth it, and I will definitely repeat it. I hope that thanks to this event at least one person has been convinced of what a tasty and nutritious vegetable the leek is and how wide its uses in the kitchen are. It's not just something to throw into a broth. It's tarts, soups, bread spreads, a side for meats, fish and pasta, a filling, a salad ingredient, or even the main ingredient of a dish! There is surely even more.
But see for yourselves. On Durszlak, 47 blogs signed up, and 34 of them submitted recipes to the event. In total, 70 posts were submitted. In addition, some of you gave me links to posts in a comment under the post announcing the event. There are 22 posts there (a few were duplicates). Once again, thank you all for taking part, and I invite you to try the recipes!
