Event: Time for Leeks…

I'm starting a leek event and collecting recipes with this healthy winter veggie. Join me and share your favorite leek dish!

… and it's time for me, too. (In Polish, "pora na pora" is a pun: it means both "time for leeks" and "it's leek time.") I hereby announce to one and all that I'm starting a leek event. It's such a healthy vegetable, and it can't hurt to add a little of that healthiness to our winter days and gather recipes using it all in one place. I think this veggie is worth promoting a bit. You can read about its benefits HERE.

I invite you to join in, and I hope someone besides me will be up for it ;). Please link to the event in your recipe post (or paste the banner), and send me the link to your recipe or leave it in a comment on the site so I can collect them all at the end. I've only been blogging for a short time and this is my first event, so if I forgot something or am doing something wrong, let me know :D

The event has also been submitted to Durszlak (a Polish food portal) – HERE.
