Brussels sprouts are probably not a very popular fall and winter vegetable. They have a distinctive flavor and unfortunately not everyone likes them. That's a real shame, because Brussels sprouts are rich in fiber, magnesium, folate, calcium, iron, and also vitamins B and C. Thanks to all this goodness, they boost the body's immunity, are an important part of an anti-cancer diet, and also help regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels and support digestion.
Have you ever seen what Brussels sprouts look like before they're harvested? Like a green, round, miniature palm tree. Unfortunately I don't have my own photo to show you.

it could be an unusual taste experience -
Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time waiting for Brussels sprouts from my own garden plot - because a little deer is helping - with the eating -
