It's sooo nice out, nice and warm, maybe sometimes even a little too warm. In this kind of heat you have to find some way to cool down. I'm not a big fan of ice cream, so that leaves me with sorbets, which are light, quick and really fruity. And I absolutely love summer fruit, so I enjoy as much of it as I can!
Raspberry sorbet
Raspberry sorbet is best made with frozen fruit, because then it comes together very quickly. I used raspberries, but if you don't have any, you can also use bilberries, blueberries, currants or any other seasonal fruit.
Raspberry sorbet
Instructions – Raspberry Sorbet:
Mix the yogurt with the frozen raspberries until smooth, add honey to taste, stir, transfer to a shallow dish and put it in the freezer for about 1 hour. Divide into portions. Serve sprinkled with white chocolate shavings and fruit.
Enjoy!
