Hello everyone, and happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend and a nice start to summer vacation. Unfortunately, my weekend was marked by a migraine, but I bounced back quickly and managed to carry out almost all of my cooking plans. I have new recipes for you: a salad, a meat dish, another salad, a soup, and something small, plus a cake.

I decided to kick off the week with grilled lamb, which you can make on the grill, in the oven, or even in a skillet.

Sorry that the photos aren't very pretty. Sometimes it's hard to take a good picture outdoors, but I just had to share this recipe, because it's worth it.

Directions - grilled lamb:

In a bowl, mix the thyme leaves, pressed garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, and cayenne pepper or chili. Rinse the meat and pat it dry, then rub it with the marinade, put it in a bowl, and marinate, covered, for at least an hour. About 15 minutes before cooking, take it out of the refrigerator. Grill it covered at about 50°C (120°F) for a few minutes. Depending on the type of meat and its thickness, about 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
