Pre-Christmas greetings! Christmas is really very close now, and I myself have been swept up in the fever of holiday preparations and shopping. So I'd like to wish all of you, right now, a peaceful, warm Christmas full of love and understanding. May the scent of gingerbread, cheesecake and barszcz (traditional Polish beet soup) fill your whole home, and may your preparations go calmly and stress-free!
I'd also like to remind you that there's still time to make some sweet little gifts, if you're missing something for your loved ones.
Not long ago I gave my acquaintances and friends little packages like these:

sweet little package
Each one contains a mix of all kinds of cookies.
marzipan eyes
cinnamon meringues

linzer augen
orange spritz cookies
Grandma Helga's Advent cookies
Grandma Helga's Advent cookies
Christmas trees made from Aganiok's gingerbread cookies
and snowflake ornaments made from pepparkakor

pepparkakor
You can also add trufelki-kartofelki (Polish truffle-like little "potatoes") to packages like these, or truffles with plums and brandy, or simply a little jar of Christmas jam.
I'd also like to encourage you to try my suggestions for the holiday table.

They're just wonderful… I won't risk it because my cookies have never turned out. Maybe except for the Moroccan macaroons…
Oh Eva, Eva. Too bad :P Then all you can do is look and dream ;)
Beautiful! I wouldn't say no to a little package like that ;)
Warm regards!
And I'm already wishing you a wonderful, joyful Christmas!
Thank you so much :) Bea, I'd gladly share a little package, I just don't have the necessary info :) Thanks for the wishes. I wish you a Merry Christmas too, and most of all a healthy one!
