I don't know about you, but every Monday I wish the weekend lasted one day longer. There's never enough of it for me. I'd sleep in a little, spend a bit more time with my family, and bake something tasty. I'd make something with pumpkin, for example, a soup, or a cake, or pumpkin cookies. Pumpkin hasn't made it to my kitchen yet, so I guess I'm running late this year. Luckily, I have a recipe for you that has been waiting in my recipe notebook for its moment. Time to reveal it.
Have you eaten pumpkin yet this year?
Pumpkin cookies
Directions - Pumpkin Cookies:
Mix the dry ingredients together. Then mix the remaining ingredients and combine everything together. Add a few tablespoons of chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using two teaspoons, drop the dough onto the baking sheet in small portions. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Enjoy!

The template is all thanks to my brother, since he's the creator of its 'base,' which everyone who buys it then customizes to their own taste. :)
