Ingredients

Soon I'll post one more recipe with chanterelles, and something sweet, too.

I used wiosenka27's recipe

Directions:

Cook the pasta until al dente. Wash and clean the chanterelles and cut them up if needed. Chop the onion. Heat the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the chanterelles and simmer for a little while, then pour in the broth and wine and keep simmering until the chanterelles are tender (I like them still a bit firm). Pour in the cream and season to taste. Add the cooked pasta and toss thoroughly. Divide among plates, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

Enjoy!

I'm making a chanterelle dish today too, I'm about to start cleaning the mushrooms. I hate doing it, but if you want something good to eat, you unfortunately have to put in some work :)
I could go for that pasta even right now, and I'm glad you used my recipe :)
    Take care :)

Unfortunately there's a bit of work involved with mushrooms, but it's worth it :) I just remembered that I owe you my feedback. I'm off to fix that mistake right now :)

  • Siłasmaku

It looks absolutely delicious, and chanterelles are my favorite mushrooms! I have to try it ;)

  • flowerekAuthor

You have to try it, because this dish is super simple and quick :)

Excuse me, is it supposed to be 30 dag of pasta or 300?

  • flowerekAuthor

30 dag means 300 g of pasta. It's right. There are a lot of chanterelles by volume, but once the sauce is made it'll be fine. Or you can use a bit fewer chanterelles.

  • Martynka

Because 30 dag of pasta and 50 dag of chanterelles... I don't know, but maybe that's how it's supposed to be ;))
