Leek Time II – Event Roundup

A little late, but the time has finally come for the roundup of the Leek Time II event. Thank you so much to everyone who took part, and I'm sorry you had to wait so long for this roundup. Unfortunately, an illness got in the way of my plans a bit.

If you're curious about the results, here you go :)

43 bloggers took part in the event. Altogether, 61 dishes made with leeks were published. The leek shows up as a main dish and as a side, as a filling, and sometimes it's even the star of the plate. You created soups, salads, casseroles, stews, pancakes, little pierogi (dumplings), roulades and many other things. Everything looks very appetizing, and it will surely serve as inspiration for me (and, I hope, not only me).

And once again you proved that the leek is a great, versatile vegetable that can be turned into a tasty dish.
