So small, yet so tasty. Little rolls filled with delicious chocolate. These chocolate rolls taste best when they are warm, while the chocolate is still melted and gooey. If by some miracle any rolls are left over, you can reheat them and they will be wonderful too.
These rolls are perfect for a sweet breakfast. You can prepare them the evening before and let them rise in a cooler place, then in the morning just pop them in the oven and enjoy the smell and the wonderful taste.

Chocolate rolls
Directions - Chocolate Rolls:
Mix all the ingredients except the egg and the chocolate with 80 ml of warm water and a level teaspoon of salt, and knead into a uniform dough. Set aside for 15 minutes, then knead by hand until the dough is smooth, cover with a kitchen towel and set aside again in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Shape the dough into 8-10 rolls, then put a piece of chocolate in the middle of each one and shape them into nice rolls. Place them on a baking sheet and set aside again in a warm place to rise. This time for about an hour. Alternatively, leave them in a cool place overnight.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush the rolls with the beaten egg and bake for about 20 minutes, until they turn golden. Eat them while they're still warm.
Enjoy!
