The days seem to be getting shorter and time seems to be flying by faster. Everything passes so quickly that I feel like I don't have time for anything. Maybe it's just an impression, though. Maybe it will pass soon? I hope so, because I'd happily sleep through this whole fall and wake up with the first snow, maybe right in time for Louisa's birthday, so I could make muffins for her to take to school.
I'm already planning the menu for her birthday in December, and right after the cake, these easy and quick chocolate muffins showed up on the list.
I've made them many times and I know they always turn out. Decorated with buttercream and sprinkled with candies, they look very festive, but even without that they're gorgeous and so delicious. No kids' party is complete without them.
Easy and Quick Chocolate Muffins
Instructions - Easy and Quick Chocolate Muffins:
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the wet ingredients and mix again (a spoon will do). Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F), top and bottom heat. Place muffin liners on a baking sheet and fill them with the batter, about ¾ full. Bake for about 20 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
Enjoy!
