## Instructions

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and I'm sure many of you are wondering what tasty thing to make for the occasion. Or maybe you'd rather focus on yourself and your partner and spend the day out of the kitchen?

Valentine's Day isn't a special day for me, and I'd rather celebrate it more often, for no special reason, although it's a nice touch and a good excuse to celebrate together. Unfortunately, because of our move, there won't be a Valentine's dinner this year, but we'll definitely make up for it once we settle into our new place.

If you feel like preparing something tasty, I recommend today's menu. While I'm at it, let me remind you of the previous [dinner menu for two](https://flowers-recipes.com/grapes-in-gorgonzola-and-nuts-dinner-menu-part-i/).

Shirley Temple

My proposal for this year is:

Aperitif: Shirley Temple

Appetizer: scallop and shrimp skewer

Main course: lasagna with winter vegetables

Dessert: prosecco cream with raspberry sauce

Valentine's Day menu

The first part of the menu is a sensual aperitif, nonalcoholic in its basic version, that whets the appetite for the courses to come and loosens up the mood a little. Maybe it's more for women than for men, but my M. didn't grumble, and he even asked for more :) I changed the basic recipe by adding quite a lot of prosecco :)

## Preparation – Shirley Temple:

Mix the ginger ale with the Seven-Up and ice (it can be slightly crushed) and pour into martini glasses or tall Collins glasses. Add the Prosecco (to taste), then pour in the grenadine syrup at the end, garnish with cocktail cherries, and serve.

Enjoy :)
