## Instructions

It's cucumber time again! We've already had [krokodylki](https://flowers-recipes.com/krokodylki/) (crocodile pickles) and [cornichons](https://flowers-recipes.com/cornichons/), and there will be mustard pickles too. Right now, cucumbers are the main focus of our kitchen adventures.

Ogórki małosolne (lightly salted pickles)

I'm not crazy about lightly salted pickles myself, but my M. and the rest of the family are. The best ones are made by my husband, and it's his recipe that I'm sharing with you today.

Ogórki małosolne (lightly salted pickles)

**Directions:**

Mix about 2 liters of cold tap water with salt. Wash the cucumbers, trim the ends, and arrange them in a clay pot, layering them with the spices. Pour the prepared salt water over them, cover with a small plate, and weigh it down with a stone. After about 2 days they should already be good, but they're best after 3-4 days.

Enjoy!
