## Instructions

Today will be a little different. I'm going back in memory to the diet that made me and a few members of my family a few kilograms lighter. I haven't been on this diet for almost a year now, but I still remember and repeat some of the recipes I used back then. I'm also still careful that the old “fat” times don't come back, although with so many delicious recipes it's hard. Oh, very hard.

Dukan Diet pizza

Anyway… Many people are still on the Dukan Diet, so I decided to “pass on” a recipe for a pizza that is tasty and even tastes a little like a traditional pizza. I suspect that's thanks to the yeast in the dough. I'd guess even people who aren't on this diet would like it. The only difficulty in making this pizza is spreading the dough on the baking sheet, because it's quite sticky.

I served the pizza with a sauce made of yogurt, tomatoes and garlic, plus salt and pepper.

Dukan Diet pizza

The recipe comes from the website [Zaków](http://czympachnieuzakow.blox.pl/2011/02/Pizza-z-kurczakiem-wg-diety-Dukana.html).

**Directions:**

Grind the bran into a fine flour, then mix it with the cornstarch, yeast and a pinch of salt. Add the egg and warm milk and knead a fairly thin dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough on it, then set it aside in a warm place for at least ½ hour. After that time, brush it with the tomato puree and sprinkle with oregano.

Wash the chicken and cut it into small cubes. Season to taste with the spices listed in the ingredients and sauté in a dry skillet.

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. Dice the bell pepper. Arrange everything on the pizza, covering the edges of the dough as well. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with arugula.

Enjoy!
